Terms & Conditions

While every effort is made by McCallum Media Monitor Ltd. (MMM) to deliver fast and accurate cuttings, no guarantee can be given that clients will receive all required cuttings at the requested time.
 
Credit given against the service fee, if any cuttings are missed or incorrect cuttings supplied, only at the discretion of MMM.
 
Verbal alterations to orders must be confirmed by letter, fax, or email.
 
The current reading list, a copy of which is available on request, is a guide to the publications covered by the service. It cannot be guaranteed that the list will not vary or that every publication will be covered. MMM does not guarantee to cover every edition of every publication.
 
Clients are advised that photocopying, electronic storing or distribution of press cuttings may be an infringement of copyright. All cuttings are supplied for the private use of clients and shall not be reproduced without the client having first sought permission from the copyright holder or having obtained the appropriate Newspaper Licensing Agency (NLA) licence.
 
Supply shall be deemed to have taken place once material has left MMM premises, whether by post, courier, fax or electronic means.
 
All cuttings remain the property of MMM until payment is received. Payment terms thirty days. MMM reserves the right to charge interest on accounts unpaid over thirty days.
 
MMM shall not be held responsible for any action taken against the client by any other publisher of copyrighted material or any other concerned party in respect of any real or alleged breach of UK or international copyright law in regard to MMM service.
 
 MMM shall not be liable to the client or be in default of its obligations for any failure to deliver on time any materials under the agreement caused by force majeure.
